Evolution Designs releases product enhancements to the Insurance Website Builder product. In coordination with agents across the nation Evolution Designs has updated the insurance modules offered to agencies to include forms that are updated to accommodate relevant information gathering during the online quote request process. The automobile quote form will now handle multiple cars, multiple cars, and violations for each driver on the quote.

Updated file formats for the Insurance Website Builder product have also been released. Agencies using the Insurance Website Builder product can import quotes received via the agency website into most comparative rating and agency management systems. The quotes received via an agency website are transferred to a secure server where an agent can access and import the appropriate file format for the rating or agency management software used by the agent. Using the customizable email end-points of the Insurance Website Builder product allows an agency to designate which email address should receive quotes for each line of business. When a quote comes in from an agency website an email is directed to the appropriate party at the agency to handle the request. The agent can log into a secure server to download the appropriate file format according to the needs of the agency software. This eliminates redundant data entry and helps the agency take one more step towards a fully automated agency.
